Heated Pool Upper Apartment 1 Block to the Beach

We loved our stay! Quick walk to the beach, which was so peaceful, even during spring break. Mid island location, out of the chaos and congestion, but still walkable to shops, restaurants, Times Square. The place was super clean and spacious! The couch was awesome, and the pull out section made the whole couch into a huge bed! Didn’t use the pool much but nice to have. The beach wagon, chairs, towels, toys were super useful! Angie was awesome and helpful and arranged for us to stay an extra day! Loved this place and would come bacK!

Our stay was great. The place was clean and looked like the pictures in the listing. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler were a plus. The beach was a block away. It was located at the end of a quiet street. Angie was a great host and responded promptly to the questions we had. No issues with the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well appointed with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. We especially appreciated that it came stocked with beach supplies, which made our trip even easier and more enjoyable. The kitchen was also very nice and well equipped for cooking meals. Highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again!

Amazing place. Just across the street from a beautiful beach that was never crowded. The pool was exceptional with loungers and umbrellas. Towels and beach equipment were provided. The place was very comfortable and we had no issues. The pool is shared with the unit below but they were very nice

From the moment we opened the door, we were delighted. Large, spacious and sunny for our party of three. It has everything you need for a nice beach stay (tip: pool in the am; beach in the pm), including a storage room with all you need to spend a great, fun day at the beach. Everything is clean, well taken care of, and the area is quiet. Oh, and the beach is a block away. Also, there is a wonderful breakfast place right around the block. A lovely little pad for a beach vacation. There is even a chair positioned to watch the sunset. We look forward to returning soon!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach, which made it very easy to enjoy the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, and noise from the downstairs guests was noticeable at times.

Super séjour passé chez Angie! Hôte très gentille qui était très réactive et arrangeante (nous sommes arrivés plusieurs heures en avance) Le logement était très propre et pratique avec tout ce qu’il fallait. Le logement était super bien placé à deux pas de la plage. Merci encore !

El apartamento era bastante similar a las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio y organizado. La cocina estaba bien equipada y nos gustó que proporcionaron insumos de baño y cocina suficientes para toda la estadía. El baño comparido en el medio de las habitaciones a nosotros nos resultó un poco incómodo para la privacidad. El patio con la piscina y bbq fue muy bonito y pudimos aprovecharlo bien. El barrio tranquilo, muy cerca del acceso a la playa y a 20 minutos aproximadamente del centro al cual también pudimos ir disfrutando una linda caminata. Angie fue una buena anfitriona y respondió siempre rápidamente. Recomiendo este alojamiento !

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Angie was super quick in responding & made sure to check in on us during our stay. We walked to the beach everyday -only 6 minutes away. Also this apartment is less than a mile away from Mojoes coffee trailer- which we walked to everyday as well. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were icing on the cake for us. Made our trip move so smoothly from check in to check out. We will be back!

Great space, simple walk to the beach. Nice pool and everything you’d need for a day at the beach. Angie is very responsive. Only suggestion might be a step stool for those of us who are shorter to reach top shelves in cabinets and a laundry basket but that’s just being picky. If you’re thinking about staying here, you will not regret it!

I loved staying here! It was very close to walk to the beach, which was a plus. It’s not close to shops and restaurants, but you could walk to them if you really wanted to. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small, so keep this in mind for large groups. The pool is also small, and can be used by the other people renting the bottom unit. It didn’t bother us, but we might have bothered them lol! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Angie’s apartment was fantastic! Spacious living area, lots of windows for natural light, clean and simple decor. We got to enjoy the pool by ourselves as the bottom apartment had not been rented, which was extremely nice since we didn’t realize at first it was a shared pool. The area is beautiful and so nice to have, but may have been a bit crowded with other renters as it isn’t a very large area. The beach supplies were a very nice touch and super helpful! Angie accommodated at least minute request for early checkin due to our flight changing, and was very friendly throughout our trip via messages. Estero Blvd has plenty to do and even with hurricane damage was still beautiful. We would rent here again for sure!

Angie’s place was wonderful. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds I have had in any place I have ever stayed. I had great sleep! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Every thing was spotless; Tv easy to operate with comfortable couches. The peaceful pool was a great plus and the fact that we could walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes was awesome. We have been traveling for awhile, so we needed to do some laundry and machines were great and very easy to use as well. We definitely recommend this jewel of a place!

Hermosa propiedad. Todo impecable o nuevo. Muy linda decoración. Camas comodas, sábanas de primera calidad. Impecable lo limpio que estaba todo. Zona muy tranquila, no hay comercios cerca. Hay un bus gratuito que recorre la costa y llegas al pequeño centro. En el camino están haciendo arreglos, que puede haber un poco de tráfico. Pero nada grave para la época que fuimos. Muchas gracias, por la excelente propiedad y la disposición para que todo estuviera perfecto. Sin dudas volvería a este alojamiento.

Angie’s place was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and we were steps away from the beach. We were in a peaceful part of town with convenient access to a breakfast place, food trucks, grocery store, and a free shuttle to the town center. The pool toys and beach amenities were also super convenient. The place was clean, spacious and Angie was a super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again!

This property was a little more than another rental we were looking at on FMB but definitely worth it! We loved having the pool and it’s a short 0.2 mile walk to the beach. Angie has everything you need to enjoy the pool and the beach. Highly recommend Charros food truck around the corner for lunch and Coste for dinner with a view.

My wife and I loved our stay at Angie's place. We stayed two weeks but wished it would have been longer. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach. The beach equipment (chairs, wagon, cooler) were really nice. We also enjoyed hanging out at the pool. We had a great vacation and hope to stay there again in the future!

A cute second story stay . We enjoyed our stay the Airbnb was comfy and well decorated. The beach was with in walking distance ,we especially enjoyed the heated pool. One thing we where not aware of is how much construction is still being done due to the hurricane damage but they are building fort Myers back so that’s great!

It was a good experience! Pool was really nice and close to the beach. It did have some damage from the hurricane I believe but over all a good stay. We did have some trouble with the shower but she took really good care of it.

Angie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber und die Betten sind super bequem. Es hat uns ans nichts gefehlt. Toll war es auch, dass wir für den Strand Stühle, Schirm und Strandspielzeug zur Verfügung hatten. Der Strand ist einmal über die Straße wo wir wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge genossen haben. Mit dem Auto kann man schnell alles erreichen. Restaurants und Cafés sind unserer Meinung nach, keine Guten in der Nähe. Was aber Geschmacksache ist :) Die Gegend hat es auch extrem erwischt durch den Hurrikan, was man sehr deutlich sehen. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen :) Vielen Dank Angie, dass wir bei dir übernachten konnten.

Angie’s place was absolutely perfect for our Christmas getaway! We loved the location – close enough to all the action, yet far enough away to feel like we almost had the beach to ourselves. The pool was fantastic, and the provided beach chairs and wagon were incredibly convenient. One tip for future guests: head to restaurants early to avoid the traffic heading north. While we didn’t experience any delays going south after dinner, northbound traffic can get backed up, so it's worth planning ahead. Thanks again for the wonderful time. I would definitely come back.

We traveled to this location just after Helene and Milton. We knew that there was significant damage to the surrounding area. Angie reached out on Sunday and offered a full refund due to the pool “needing maintenance”. My ask was- we know that the area was damaged but if the pool would be functional by Wednesday we would like to keep plans. She said she would keep me posted. She did not. We continued on with our plans. Arrived late on Monday. Tuesday morning woke to piles of trash and debris from the unit below partially blocking the driveway. Again, understanding the recent event we overlooked this. The pool was full of debris and stagnant water. I had reached out to Angie prior to our flight for an update. Her response “did you see check in instructions for AirBNB?” yes, I had followed those and decided to hope for the best. Once we discovered the state of the pool we contacted Angie. She explained the pool guy would be there to clean it out. Wednesday the pool was emptied and hoses

I understand your frustration. Nothing moved fast enough here and it was a mess! I did offer a full refund and you agreed to still come even if the pool was not available for the first couple of days. The pool took two days of your stay to get right. I worked tirelessly to get your apartment ready post hurricane. I am happy to give you a few free days here in Fort Myers Beach. Please reach out if you are interested. This is our 2nd time at one of Angie's properties. We arrived to a spotless home (just like last time). We could actually see the Gulf from the front porch. The beds and linens were super comfortable. There were beach towels and we saw everything needed for a beach day in the storage room. There is a beautiful pool in the back of the home. Also there is a great breakfast place less then 1 street over. There is a trolley stop just past the end of the street (you can also walk to Times Square). We stayed 2 days post Helene (we kept our travel plans as we were coming to visit family). Angie was a beyond amazing host. You don't have to worry about anything when you stay at her properties. We definitely plan to return. Also Fort Myers Beach is such a special place. The work going into rebuilding it is unreal! Every single person we met was so friendly and welcoming. The reslilance and sense of community we saw was unlike anywhere else! Thank you for having us Angie

Angie was VERY responsive with any questions my family had. Lucky for us we had the pool all to ourselves due to the bottom not being booked out. The mosquitos are all day every day haha but bug spray keeps them away (maybe that’s a florida thing) lol. but the space was beautiful, the scenery was amazing and my kids and their friends had so much fun renting bikes and riding them down to the busy part of the beach.

Angie’s hideaway was amazing. Easy walk to the beach and felt like it was private beach, but you can walk to a more public part if you want. It’s a very clean and spacious 2 bedroom. I would stay again!

My wife and I stay here for our anniversary getaway. This place was perfect for us. The upstairs unit was extremely clean and very comfortable, everything was brand new. This unit had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a short walk to a uncrowded beach. Fort Myers Beach is coming back. We loved supporting the resilient local restaurants, food trucks, and businesses. Everyone was super friendly.
