Island Oasis Steps From the Sugar Sand Beach

Place was great, very clean and comfortable beds! Pool was pristine. Angie was super awesome! We loved the wagon with the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Location was very walkable to food trucks, beach, restaurants and shopping. Pro tip- Google maps has some funky directions to get to this place. Pay attention and use common sense to turn at the street rather than make the unnecessary turn arounds/driving past the place which add 20+ minutes to the trip.

We had a great stay in Fort Myers. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed and made for a relaxing trip. The location was ideal and made it easy to enjoy the beach, local spots, and just unwind. The pool area was a huge bonus and really added to the experience. We had the chance to briefly meet the host at the pool one day, and she was genuinely kind and welcoming. It’s always nice to stay somewhere where you can tell the host truly cares about their guests’ experience. Overall, a fantastic stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Myers Beach.

I had a wonderful few days at this beautiful rental, for my son’s 14th birthday! Everything was perfect. Pool was heated to 85- Beds were comfortable, location, ideal for a little bit of quiet all of the Times Square restaurants and shopping available with just a quick free tram ride! Beach right across the street. I couldn’t have asked for more except a couple more days in the 80s ;). Thank you

We had a wonderful time staying at Angie’s duplex! Sooo clean and well appointed! If only all Airbnbs were like that! Big plus! Very happy with our location! We are beach lovers so it was perfect for us. Loved the wonderful nearby restaurants! There is a trolley near by to bring you into town that we didn’t use because we had a rental car but nice if needed. Would definitely stay again. Angie was great to work with!

Really enjoyed our stay at Angie’s. Great location. It is a quick walk to the beach and Town Square is a short walk maybe 20-30 mins, but there is also a free tram if you can’t walk that far. It was great to have such a nice pool area and a lanai. Also super convenient to have access to beach necessities and a wagon. It was clean and everything was as described. Angie was super nice and a great host!

Angie’s place was exactly as described in the listing and just a block or two from the beach. She provided beach chairs, towels, a surfboard, and an umbrella, which made our beach time even better. The pool is shared, as Angie mentioned, but it wasn’t an issue at all and we really enjoyed using it. The front deck is also shared and has screens, so we could sit there comfortably without worrying about bugs. The kitchen lacks basic items like salt and pepper. There is a Publix, less than five minutes away so any missed groceries can be bought easily there.\nOverall, our group had a great stay.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Due to Florida health department, we cannot provide open spices, or food that can be tampered with etc. \n\nThere were small salt and pepper, sweetener, and sugar packets inside of the wood coffee caddy we tried to provide just things to get our guests started till they can get to the grocery store.. I’m sorry you missed those.

The unit is clean and very comfortable. It was just as described. The pool was very nice and very relaxing., our favorite part of the trip. There were no guests from the other half of the duplex when we were there which made it even better. It’s a short walk to a very uncrowded beach and Angie provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon to bring it all along. No beach umbrella however. Terrific place and terrific host.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just one block from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy morning walks and sunsets by the water. The area was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm getaway near the beach!

Our last minute find of this place was a real blessing. It was the best for 4 kids of varying ages and 2 adults. The kids enjoyed the pool and activities provided in the pool areas, while the adults enjoyed quiet cups of coffee on the screened in porch. The beach was right around the block and was walkable. As well and pancake house which was delicious. Angie’s place was also close to Publix and in a short driving distance to everything. Angie was super friendly and always there if we needed anything. We are already planning our next trip!

We were very happy with the place and service! Everything is new, clean, and well taken cared of. She offered essential things, such as hair-drier and wine glasses! We were very pleased with the complimentary sugar, Stevia, coffee, trash bags and soap for the dish washer machine, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash she left available for us to use! The pool area is also great with chairs, tables and games! Oh! We loved the heated pool as well! We appreciated the nice beach chairs and towels! Thank you for this great opportunity to experience Ft. Myers!

We had the best stay here! Angie was SO great to respond if we needed anything and was so friendly. The home was beautiful and clean, looks exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. The extras provided (wagon, coolers, beach chairs, etc..” was so handy and helped up with trunk space when we packed. The pool in the back yard was an absolutely 12/10 for us, the kids enjoyed it SO much. Plus, the beach is a quick 3 minute walk across the road, and the neighborhood the home is located at is so peaceful, it felt like we were at our home away from home. We would definitely visit again if we come back to Fort Myers!

We had a great family vacation! House looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, has all the kitchen utensils you need. Great location away from all the crowds. Just a three minute walk to a quiet beach or you can take a free shuttle located at the library, to FMB. It took less than 5 mins and the kids enjoyed riding the tram. Pool is the perfect temp and has a large platform in the water for little kids to play on. Angie has amazing communication and responded quickly with any questions we had. There are beach towels provided but we went thru them very quickly as we went to the beach every day. Make sure you pack some detergent the washer and dryer was a total bonus. Also provided were beach wagon, 5 beach chairs and cooler! Literally makes such a difference having a nice chair at the beach. Angie thought of it all. If you have little ones we brought our own sand toys for the beach and puddle jumpers for the pool.

Fantastic stay! This was our 2nd year renting from Angie… she is great to work with and was very responsive. Loved the home, comfortable beds and heated pool as well as the easy walk to the beach. Lots of outdoor furniture both on the porch and at the pool, throw blankets and beach towels along with a great supply of kitchen dishes and appliances.

Just returned from a week's vacation in beautiful Ft. Myers! Angie is a fantastic host, providing clear communication and prompt responses to any questions we had. The home is tastefully decorated and very clean. The pool in the backyard is a highlight, perfect for cooling off after a day on the beach. Angie provides a beach cart with chairs, umbrellas, and a spacious cooler. The walk to the beach is only .2 miles! Laundry is free and the multiple washers and dryers were fantastic! This home is a duplex and we were lucky to meet 2 different groups of renters from other parts of the US during our stay. The devastation and rebuilding from Hurricane Ian is ongoing and we were happy to support some small businesses trying to get back on their feet. Check out Mom's food truck for amazing breakfast sandwiches and do not miss the cinnamon buns! We will definitely be back and can't wait to see all the progress this beautiful place has in store!

We loved Angie’s duplex! A quick walk to the beach and several local food spots, or rent a bike/golf cart to get to the “hot spot” of FMB. Everything we needed for a day at the beach! Lots of rebuilding happening around the area, so we’re looking forward to coming back to this place and seeing the progress in a year or two!

We recently stayed at Angie’s property for a short getaway from Miami area. This was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the property so much specially how close the beach was to the house. There is a lot of construction going on but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the private beach. Our family will be coming back!

Angie was a fabulous host and incredibly responsive. The place is stunning and the pictures accurately reflect all of the renovations. Super close walk to the beach, which is lovely. We went for a morning beach walk and swim each day. We saw dolphins in three of the mornings! The area is still majorly under renovation and construction so not a lot of restaurants, etc around but nice and quiet and easy to drive places. We had a wonderful stay!

What an awesome property! Perfect location, a short 2-min walk to a beautiful and not-so-busy beach on the Gulf. And the beach location is perfect for sunsets and sunrises. Everything inside the property was like brand new and in excellent condition. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need for 1 day or 10 days. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were more comfortable than any of the 100s of hotels I've slept in over the years. Just cannot say enough good things. We had such a good time. Can't wait to come back!

This was a perfect place for our family of four with little kids. Comfy rooms with darkening shades and ceiling fans. The pool had floaties and a shallow area great for kids. Beach wagon had plenty of chairs and lots of beach toys. Thoughtful outdoor space with the screened porch off the kitchen as well as pool/cabana. Everything was well stocked, clean and easy to use.

This property has everything and is a true Oasis . From the screened in lanai right out side your living space to a a very enjoyable 85 degree pool with outdoor games thia place has it all . Home is very walkable to town and beaches are 2 blocks away . Angie was easily accessible and very responsive . Looking forward to a return trip !

I stayed at Angie’s place for a week in early January. It felt like home. Angie was wonderful and could not have been more responsive to messages/texts. We loved the pool and patio area and it was great to have nice laundry facilities on site. The beach was just across the road (Estero), a short 5 minute walk from the unit. We walked into downtown FMB several times. About 20 minute walk, one mile each way. Plenty of restaurants are open and a wonderful food truck - Charro Brothers - is a block away. Publix is just a mile away. I would definitely stay at Angie’s again!

Great place to stay. The house matched description & pictures perfectly. Angie has thought of everything you will need during your stay. The house is extremely clean, and we felt right at home the minute we arrived. While some things in the area are still being renovated post hurricane, this property was in great shape. Very short walk to the beach, with wagon and chairs ready to go. A little of a farther walk down to Times Square and restaurants, we walked down daily. The street is so quiet. Pool area is so clean and is set up for a great time. So much better than a resort. We hope to return some day! Thanks so much for a great week, Angie!

We LOVED this place! Extremely clean, super short walk to the beach, walkable to Times Square for most, great covered lounge area by the pool that includes a fridge. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful and we had some really great neighbors to hang out with on the screened in patio. Would most definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a perfect place for our family of four. The house and decor were perfect. The kitchen, showers, lanai, beds and pool were just what was described. The four sets of washers and dryers were amazing to have especially since we were there for a baseball tournament! Angie was very responsive to two minor fixes we needed and extremely friendly. The surrounding area is still recovering but we found a few restaurants close by that had great food and a fun atmosphere. We highly recommend Angie as a host and this particular property for parties of 4 or less.

Had a great time at Angie’s place, the condo was just as described and right across the street from the beach. My heart goes out to all those affect by Hurricane Ian but seeing the resilience of the residents is remarkable. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and just a very short walk to a beautiful beach, which is what we wanted. The island is still under heavy re-construction after hurricane Ian, but it didn’t bother us. It was interesting to see the rebuilding process after such a huge loss. Many of the shops and restaurants on the island are still closed, but just a short drive further inland in Fort Myers everything is open and there is plenty to do. Angie’s home is very clean and modern and my family enjoyed our stay.

We had a great getaway to kick off 2025! The location is great and the amenities were everything that waswere listed. This is a great place to enjoy Fort Meyers Beach, but still maintain some privacy.
