We really enjoyed our stay here! My girls who are 6 & 4 swam alllllll day, from morning to night time! It was so nice to have the pool to ourselves, use the grill, and everything was so clean! We also loved that there was an AC and a fan in each room, you don’t find that in a lot of places and we all slept so soundly! :)

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and it had everything we needed. From beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and a wagon. The pool and surrounding back yard was beautiful. Perfect for a girls trip.

Short walking distance to the beach! Super clean and homey. The pool was wonderful, especially after a long day on the beach! Angie responded to all my texts quickly and was always wonderful! Plenty of beach chair, towels, floats, etc!

It was just as described and far better than staying in a hotel with 2 kids. Just close enough to the fun and crownd just far enough away to be peaceful. The free tram that runs to downtown area starts just north of the street and was a great way to get to the fun

Our family had a beautiful week-long vacation in FMB while staying at Angie's place. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. All needed beach items were provided. The pool was perfect for an afternoon swim and is well maintained. The inside of the home was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay near the beach!

We have really enjoyed our stay. It's perfect for our group with the pool in the backyard and a short distance to the beach. Angie was super friendly and responsive! The house is fully equipped and very comfortable with a lot of outdoor space. The area is being rebuilt with limited options when it comes to dinning so it's great to have a full kitchen with Publix supermarket nearby.

The unit was beautiful! Brand new, great location, easy to access, beautiful pool, accommodating for the kids, and a quick walk to the beach! When we booked it, it said the pool would be for our use only, but there were six girls in the unit above that used it the whole week. When I asked the host about it, she never responded. Also note that you can hear the apartment above you. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Such a great stay. We wanted to contribute to Fort Myers recovery and the resiliency we witnessed was worth the trip! This stay was a perfect spot for walking the beach and the pool was the perfect size for my family. The pictures makes it look smaller than it is in person. The sun in the backyard was amazing. It is truly a perfect little oasis. All the things you’d need for the beach were there as described, which we always appreciate! The interior space is large. Both bedrooms had king sized beds and they were very very comfortable. We were very pleased with our accommodations and hope to visit again soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The oven did not work so we had to grill our pizzas. The pool did not have good lighting for night swimming so we bought a light and ran an extension cord from the dining room. The water in the pool was warm so we enjoyed swimming in the pool when the beach was a bit too cold. The beds were super comfortable. The refrigerator was huge and had a great ice maker. The walk to the beach was short and easy. I would definitely recommend Angie’s place and I would stay again.

Angie’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (4 year and 2 year old). She has legitimately everything you need for the beach which was a huge plus since we are flying in. I think our favorite part was being on the quieter side of the island , we basically had the beach to ourselves which was an easy half block walk . There is also a stop for the islands free tram just on the other side of the block that we used to get northern end of the island for more restaurants and shops. Everything about Angie’s listing is true and that’s a first for me in using AirBnb all these years. HIGHLY recommended choosing this as your place to stay if you are considering it. We have every intention on returning !

The place was described accurately. We had the pleasure of meeting Angie, She was very friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach was easy and fast, especially with little kids with me. She had beach carts, toys, floats, and chairs for us to use at the beach, which was very nice. The only thing I will say which we did mentioned to Angie is we could hear step the neighbors took upstairs. It was really the only negative thing I could say. We will definitely becoming back real soon.

Our family of 4 had a FANTASTIC week !!! We were so happy to stimulate Fort Myers. It is AMAZING how far this community has come since IAN. Food trucks are w/ in walking distance… Publix is a quick trip. The home is so comfortable and CLEAN !!! Great pool with privacy and safety for the little ones. Lots of beach stuff available as well. It is a quick walk across Estero to the white sandy beaches that are not crowded at all. We had the pleasure of meeting Angie and will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely loved this place! When we went everything was new and pristine. Given the devastation from Hurricane Ian to Fort Myers Beach this place was a diamond in the rough! It had all the amenities you could need for a vacation stay, including plenty of beach equipment such as chairs, a cart, big cooler, and an umbrella. The pool was clean and provided a nice private spot to relax and cool down with lots of chairs and a couple of umbrellas for shade. The host was kind and quick to respond to questions via message. We asked her for local recommendations for restaurants and grocery delivery options. We would totally come back to this spot again!

The apartment is beautiful. Comfy couches and beds. We were the second to stay here so everything was in great condition. One downfall about being on the first level is that you can hear everything upstairs. At the beginning of the week, the people upstairs were very loud, stomping around starting at 7am and we were in bed around 10 and people were moving around upstairs, keeping us up. The place next-door is under construction. It wasn’t too terribly noisy other than some big equipment getting dropped off at 7:30 AM. The beeping and equipment were pretty loud but we were already up because of the people upstairs that we could hear walking around. Pool and outside area was great but beware… the lot next door is a nature preserve which is nice for privacy purposes, but there were huge flying insects.

I would like to preface this by saying the place was beautiful and very clean. Everything was great, until upstairs guests arrived. The ceiling is apparently very thin - could hear their every move, so much as them talking. I feel it could’ve been better disclosed that this is a two story home turned into “apartments”. If I had realized this, we would have booked someplace else. Construction right next door started at 6am daily, even on weekends. Angie was a great host, and I would stay at any of her other properties. Just personally not this one. Even upstairs would be a great stay, but I feel bad for the people below you. My toddler was up all night afraid of the “thunder”, which was actually just the people above us walking around (through a white noise machine).

I sorry you were not happy. This property was always a duplex and that is disclosed in the listing narrative. We recently remodeled post hurricane and have had several guests stay and they have been delighted and plan to return to stay. I understand we all have our preferences and sensitivities. We responded to all of your requests and had we known that Contruction was beginning beyond island regulation hours we would have addressed it immediately. I am personally proactive and would never put up with that. All the best!

Came down for the BCS baseball tournament from Georgia. Wife wanted to stay near the beach so this place was perfect in terms of location and proximity to beach. Place was clean and cozy. We would definitely rent again if we re-visit FMB. Strip was ideal for my morning runs and there is an outdoor workout facility .25 miles from condo. Loved the convenience!

It was a joy to stay at this property. You can tell the overall landscape in this neighborhood is still rebuilding from the previous hurricane. It wasn't too commercialized which we liked very much. The overall stay was a 5 star for us. We did feel the price was a little much considering everyone seemed to be building back from the storm, but it was a great trip for us as a couple. Thanks for the accommodations! They were great!

This is a perfect spot for access to the beach. It is a 2 block walk. The beach is not busy right where you walk in from this location. The restaurant options are not real close and the traffic to get to tue nightlife is intermittently very busy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook though. We really enjoyed our stay!

Came down for a quick weekend with some friends and absolutely loved the place. Honestly the first place I’ve stayed at that I can say truly felt clean and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I loved the bed so much we looked at the kind of mattress and ordered the same one for at home. I can’t recall a time I ever slept good on vacation til this trip.They accommodated our last minute early arrival without hesitation. The location is great only a 1 mile walk to the Lani Kai/time square and 1 mile to the grocery store so you don’t have to uber or worry about a ride once you get to the beach! Place is very nice and private! stayed a lot of places on Fort Myers beach and this is a new favorite.If you’re willing to sacrifice the ocean view for a good nights sleep I’d reccomend this place!

The host was very welcoming. They checked in with us to make sure we got in okay and gave helpful tips regarding our stay. The house was a quick 4min walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed the pool, the temperature was very comfortable.
