Private Home and Heated Pool on Virginia Ave

Angie was amazing and even got us in a little early since we had an early morning flight! The place was very clean, pool was perfect and the location is hard to beat! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

This house was perfect for a family vacation. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the ice machine. The pool was perfect for a family with small children. One block from the beach. The only drawback was the long drive and heavy traffic on the main road.

This home was perfect for my husband and myself! Really clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and privacy. Everything you need is walkable...especially the beautiful beach. We enjoyed every minute.

This was hands-down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Everything in the house was so thoughtfully planned out that we truly didn’t need a single thing. There were full bathroom amenities (including soaps for the showers), every possible kitchen and grilling item you could think of, and plenty of towels for both the pool and bathrooms. The home itself is adorable and incredibly comfortable. Every bedroom has a king-size bed, and there are smart TVs everywhere. There were also pool toys, games, and all the little touches that make a stay feel effortless. Truly, you can show up with just a suitcase of clothes and be set. The pool is amazing, and the splash area in the pool was perfect for our toddler! I can’t recommend this home enough. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

This is a beautiful home! It was the perfect amount of space for our family. Great pool! The location was great, a quick walk to the beach or to Times Square. Would highly recommend booking and we will definitely book again!

This was a really good stay! Cozy, private and peaceful. The place is very walkable - to the beach, restaurants, nearby hotels. The house looks exactly like the pics. Angie was a very responsive host and always made sure we had everything we needed.

A rental we had booked for 6 months cancelled last minute, so we booked Sandy Feet instead. What an absolute gem! Do not hesitate to book! The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, with a Publix and local restaurants nearby. The house itself is spotless clean with everything you need. We actually overpacked, the house already had everything we needed for the beach or pool. The beach is a really short walk, with public access just to the right of the condo at the end of the street. Ive never seen so many seashells on one beach! Ft Myers is a true beach town. Easy to walk, friendly people, lots of delicious food! We loved everything about this vacation. From the minute we walked in, we felt right at home. We will come back to Sandy Feet. Angie is a perfect host!

This house was beautifully designed and beyond all expectations. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes to the beach, all the accessories for a perfect beach day were provided, and the private pool was divine if you wanted to stay home. Angie was responsive and flexible and gave us a top notch experience. It was my grandmother's first time staying at an airbnb and Angie was so sweet by going above and beyond to make my grandmother feel comfortable with the whole process from explaining the cancelation process if there were a tropical storm on the horizon to allowing her to check in early because she couldn't wait to go grocery shopping. Overall it was an amazing experience and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Such an amazing experience! We came for Labor Day weekend wanting to be close to the beach, and this home was perfect, just half a block away, an easy walk to the sand. The house itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully kept, and Angie was such a responsive and attentive host. We can’t recommend this beach house highly enough, and we’ll definitely be back!

The house is great and it includes all necessary amenities for a comfortable family vacation. The living spaces are well thought out. The location is walking distance from the beach and just a few minutes drive from numerous restaurants. Totally recommend it!

First time at an Airbnb and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful and spotless. I was worried about cleanliness but this place was immaculate and very well kept. All appliances were new and two sets of washer and dryer. They had thought of everything here. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants.

Our Vacations are always last minute, as in that day we decide to hop on a plane and start our vacation. Angie was a phenomenal host, she tried her best to get us what we wanted after 11pm and had the place cleaned up earlier than we were expecting! Thanks for the amazing memories, we will be back FMB!

We had such a great stay here. This house was so clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. Great location, short walk to beach, and close to several food trucks. Host was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again in this super cute, updated home.

Our family of 6 loved our stay at Angie’s place. We felt right at home. The kitchen was a favorite gathering space. The open floor plan was perfect for us all to join in conversations. My family and I booked a family vacation to Florida and decided to stay at Angie’s. We had some minor problems at check in, but Angie helped us out and kept us updated along the way. The pool was heated & clean! Everything was very clean, extra towels were given and they even had beach towels for us! As far as condiments go, this air bnb didn’t have any at all, but they did have an ice maker which was very nice: the area was peaceful & quiet and only a 3 minute walk from the beach. Overall we had a good experience and would book again!

This place was so comfortable and relaxing. We lived the pool and the easy access to the beach. We had an AC issue and Angie was all over it and had it fixed within a couple hours. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

5 stars all the way for Sandy Feet. The house is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach or if you prefer, 2 feet to the pool. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are available too. Angie always quickly responded to messages and her check in/out instructions were very clear. Great place, I highly recommend.

Angie’s place was perfect for our family’s spring break. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the proximity to the beach was amazing. Everything we needed was provided- towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. The place was brand new and spotless and Angie was a great host who got back to us right away with any questions we had. The location was super convenient to everything, and we loved the beach cafe at the hotel just down the street. It had great food and live music. You barely need a car there and try to avoid it if you can cause traffic gets backed up going up and down the island. I wish we had more time because there were so many great beaches to explore!

The place is just as described. We appreciated that beach towels were provided, that was a bonus. The place was very clean and twice during our stay people came to tend to the pool and landscaping. Very walkable to restaurants and beach.

This was a place we will NEVER forget! It was incredible in so many ways! We loved this home! The quick walk to the beach was great with young kids the pool and all the extra pool accessories in the shed was great! Super clean beautiful home! Highly recommend this host and place! It’s wonderful!!

Great place, very clean. Photos were just as we expected the place to be upon check in. There were towels in every room and the pool was awesome for relaxing but not large enough to swim. It’s a quick enough drive to Naples and Marco. For higher end shopping and restaurants. Overall awesome communication and place for 4-6 people: we didn’t use the sleeper sofa.

This home was very nice & super clean. Beds were comfy (I actually woke up every day with no back pain). The pool was nice to get into after coming back from the beach which is only at the end of the street. Great location! Angie was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Worth the stay for sure!

Hands down the nicest Airbnb experience I’ve had. The house is immaculate, just 1 block from the ocean and close to a number of healthy cafes and night life spots. Angie was a wonderful host, was and was helpful accommodating our newborn with a pack n play on site. Extremely clean and easy.

Perfect location with everything we needed for fun in the sun! The house is beautiful, stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and wagon. Located close to public beach access and many great places to eat. Highly recommend!
